Residential Services are provided to allow people with developmental and intellectual disabilities to live in the most independent setting consistent with their abilities. Our staff assist people with managing their money, meeting health care, nutritional, transportation, recreational, guidance and personal care needs.

Community Involvement
With the assistance of our staff, individuals receiving services will be given the opportunity to increase their community involvement by becoming more familiar with opportunities in the community. Community involvement includes pursuing such activities as church, leisure time fun, recreational interest, shopping, health care, restaurants, neighborhood responsibilities and friendships, transportation, employment opportunities, and other activities identified in the individual’s plan of care. …
Placement
Placement is impacted by vacancies in the residential sites, the individual’s skill level and the ability to maintain health and safety with the amount of supervision and support offered at the residential site.
Placement is also relies on documentation verifying the person served is eligible for specific program services.

Facilities
Group Homes
Our group home facilities offer 24-hour staff support, however, the overnight staff sleep on the premises. Individuals in the group home usually require moderate assistance in areas such as cooking, meal planning, shopping, personal hygiene, social skills, personal finance, medication monitoring, transportation, safety skills, and community awareness.
Supervised Apartment Complexes
Our supervised apartment complexes offer various levels of support based on the individual needs. Our supervised apartment complexes offer a range of services and activities commonly found in our group homes but are offered in a more integrated and independent living arrangement.
ICF/MR
Creative Living, our ICF/MR facility, offers 24 hour staff, as well as nursing staff. Professionals such as dieticians, social workers, doctors, and psychologists are also on contract to provide services for the individuals residing in Creative Living, our ICF/MR facility.

Eligibility
- Individuals must have a developmental disability.
- Individuals must be between the ages of 18-62.
- Individuals must demonstrate need for a supervised living situation and a willingness to learn to be responsible for his/her own personal needs.

- Individuals must meet Housing and Urban Development’s income criteria or be placed on a waiting list pending Washington approval. (If HUD facility)
- Individual must be able to associate with others without endangering others or himself or herself.
- The program has sufficient services to adequately meet the individual needs.
- For individuals applying for the ICF/MR, the individual must pass utilization review and benefit from active treatment.

Application Process
- Applications for services may be picked up at the main office, or requested by phone. If an alternative format of the application is needed please let us know.
- A completed returned application places applicant on the waiting list if eligibility requirements are met. If you need assistance in completing the application please let us know.
- Individuals must furnish ILS with proof of income to establish eligibility and rent payments, (i.e. savings, SSI, Social Security, Veteran’s Benefits, Unemployment, Railroad Retirement, earned income, pensions, and annuities, etc.)
- Individual will be notified with information relative to tour and interview.

- Individuals must sign a release that acknowledges a 90-day probation period will follow before being admitted.
