Independent Living Services reserves the right to deny housing services to

anyone who doesn’t meet the following:

eligibility criteria of developmental disability
anyone who has service needs beyond what Independent Living Services personnel can safely/adequately provide
anyone refusing to recognize and follow the rules and laws of the community
anyone who has a history of being dangerous to themselves or others
